Friendly, experienced service. We've been helping South Florida and Atlanta families furnish their homes since 1977. Our appliance team can help with the stuff that's easy to get wrong, like cutout sizes, gas vs. electric hookups, and which parts you'll need on delivery day. No pressure, just straight answers.
Buy the way that works for you. Order online and pick up in-store (often ready within the hour), have it delivered with haul-away of the old one, or come see it in person at any of our eleven showrooms. Many appliances qualify for free local delivery. Use the delivery filter on this page to find them. Outside our Florida and Georgia delivery areas? Some large items can ship anywhere in the continental U.S. by freight.
Does BrandsMart USA deliver and install appliances?
Yes to delivery, and partly yes to installation. Our crew hooks up fridges, freezers, washers, electric dryers, stacked laundry centers, and standard 30-inch electric ranges. Anything gas, plus dishwashers and built-in pieces, gets dropped off so a licensed pro can finish the job.
Will you take away my old appliance?
We can haul away your old refrigerator, washer, dryer, range, or dishwasher when we deliver its replacement, for a small fee that's based on your ZIP code. Just empty, clean, and disconnect the old one before the truck arrives.
Where is the closest BrandsMart appliance store?
We have eleven showrooms: Miami, Dadeland, South Dade, Sawgrass Mills, Outlet Center, Deerfield Beach, Dania Pointe, West Palm Beach, North Atlanta, South Atlanta, and Kennesaw. Each store's page has its address and hours, and you can find the nearest store online to check stock before you go.
Can I buy an appliance online and pick it up the same day?
Yes, if the item shows in stock at your store. Choose store pickup at checkout, and it's usually ready within the hour. You'll get an email when your order is ready. Bring your confirmation email, a state-issued photo ID, and the card you used.
What appliance brands does BrandsMart carry?
Plenty. Some of the names you'll see most are Whirlpool, GE, Samsung, Frigidaire, Café, KitchenAid, Bosch, LG, and Monogram, plus Maytag, Electrolux, Jenn-Air, Dacor, and Speed Queen. The brand filter on this page shows everything from one manufacturer at once.
Can I finance a new appliance?
Yes, on qualifying purchases. You can apply for the BrandsMart USA credit card (subject to credit approval), go with Katapult lease-to-own if you'd rather not use credit, or pay in four interest-free installments with Klarna. Current offers are on our financing page.
Are there rebates on appliances at BrandsMart?
Often, yes. When a manufacturer rebate applies, the listing may show an after-rebate price. You pay the regular price at checkout and claim the rebate afterward. The Rebate Center lists what's running now.
Do new appliances come with a warranty?
New appliances come with the manufacturer's warranty. If you'd like coverage beyond that, ask about our protection plans, which can cover repairs after the factory warranty ends.
How long do major appliances usually last?
With normal use and care, most refrigerators, ranges, washers, and dryers last about 10 to 15 years. Dishwashers and microwaves tend to have shorter lives. Cleaning coils, filters, and lint traps on schedule helps a lot.
Does BrandsMart repair appliances?
We can help you get it fixed. Our appliance repair page explains how to set up service, and our protection plans can cover repairs on qualifying purchases.
What is the return policy on major appliances?
Return windows and conditions vary by category, and major appliances have their own rules. Check our Return and Refund Policy before your delivery date so you know exactly what applies.
What Are the Essential Major Appliances for a Home?
Most homes run on six main appliances. A refrigerator, a range or cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer, and a dryer. After that, it depends on how you live. An upright or garage-ready freezer makes sense if you buy in bulk or keep a lot of frozen food, and here in Florida and Georgia, a backup air conditioner for a bedroom or garage gets used more than people expect.
If you're furnishing a new place from scratch, it usually makes sense to buy the kitchen pieces together and the laundry pair together. That way the finishes match and everything shows up on one delivery.
Which Appliance Brands Are the Most Reliable?
Reliability varies more by model, installation, and care than by the name on the front. Instead, we look at the warranty, how easy it is to get parts and service in your area, and whether you'll actually use the features you're paying for.
GE, Whirlpool, and Frigidaire have huge service networks, which makes repairs easier down the road. KitchenAid, Café, and GE Profile are step-up lines for more premium finishes and features. Monogram, Dacor, and Jenn-Air offer luxury and built-in kitchen options. Bosch is known for quiet dishwashers, Speed Queen is built for heavy-duty laundry, and Samsung and LG lean into smart features. Our team can walk you through the differences in person.
How Do I Compare Energy Use Between Appliances?
Check for the ENERGY STAR label and look at the yellow EnergyGuide tag, which shows estimated yearly energy cost. Comparing that number between two models is the easiest way to see what you'll spend to run them.
The refrigerator usually needs the most attention, since it runs around the clock. Efficient washers and dishwashers also save water, not just power.
How Do I Measure for a New Appliance?
This is the step that saves the most headaches. Measure the space's width, height, and depth, then measure every doorway, hallway, and turn between the truck and the kitchen or laundry room.
Standard sizes help: most freestanding ranges are 30 inches wide, most built-in dishwashers fit a 24-inch opening, and refrigerators need an inch or so of breathing room on the sides and back. If you're tight on depth, look at counter-depth refrigerators.
What Gets Installed When Your Appliances Are Delivered?
It depends on the appliance. On delivery, we connect refrigerators and freezers (including the ice maker and leveling), washers, electric dryers, stacked laundry centers (a stacking fee applies), and 30-inch freestanding electric ranges. Gas ranges, gas dryers, dishwashers, built-ins, over-the-range microwaves, and air conditioners come drop-off only, and you'll want a licensed pro to hook them up.
Many manufacturer warranties also require new parts at install, like a new washer hose, a new metal dryer vent kit and power cord, or a new range cord. Add them to your order so they're on the truck. Our delivery and haul-away page covers every detail.
Looking for Discounted or Marked-Down Appliances?
Start with clearance for discontinued and overstock models, and check our sale page for current models at limited-time prices. It's also worth checking the Rebate Center, since manufacturer rebates on appliances can bring the price down even more after you buy. Want a heads-up on the next price drop? Join our free membership to get first alerts on sales and see member prices.
Seeing a fridge with the doors open or checking how deep a range really sits is a lot easier in person. Our showrooms across South Florida and metro Atlanta have a wide range of appliances on display.
Each showroom's page lists the address, phone number, and current hours. Not sure which one is closest? You can find the nearest store and see which items you can pick up in-store.
Shop appliances whichever way is easiest for you. Walk the aisles at one of our eleven stores, buy online and pick up in-store, or schedule delivery with haul-away of your old appliance. Need to spread out the cost? Special financing works on qualifying purchases, including lease-to-own with no credit required. Grab your measurements before you shop, and the rest is easy. Not near a showroom? Select items ship nationwide.
