Parts you'll need at delivery
Manufacturer warranties require new parts on install: a new washer hose, a new metal dryer vent kit and power cord, and a new range cord. Buy them with your appliance so they're on the truck. Our team can't install without them, and we can't direct-wire any appliance. Cords come in 4 ft. and 6 ft. lengths, in 3-prong and 4-prong.
We attach your icemaker and a working 8 ft. water line, level the unit, and check it for proper operation.
No existing water line? We can't run new lines or hook up external filters, but we'll give you the name of a professional installer in your area, or use your own plumber.
Basic installation connects your new washer to existing plumbing. Your current hose must be removed or in removable condition, and a new hose is required at the time of installation, either included with the washer or purchased from BrandsMart USA so it's on the truck.
Your washer needs a drain pipe 32" or more above the ground plus hot and cold water connections. We balance it free on concrete, tile, or terrazzo floors.
Electric: we hook it up at no charge on delivery. A new metal vent kit and power cord purchased from BrandsMart USA are required, because manufacturer warranty means we can't install without them. Check whether your outlet takes a 3-prong or 4-prong cord; cords come in 4 ft. and 6 ft.
Gas: drop-off only. Your gas company or a licensed gas contractor must complete the installation, and the old gas dryer must be disconnected before we can haul it away.
We haul away your old laundry equipment for a fee when we deliver the replacement. An additional charge applies for stacking the washer and dryer pieces.
