Sponsor. Interbond of America, LLC d/b/a BrandsMart USA (“Sponsor” or “BrandsMart USA”), 400 Galleria Pkwy SE, Suite 300, Atlanta, Georgia 30339.
Eligibility. The KitchenAid Kitchen Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the States of Florida or Georgia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of BrandsMart USA, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers, licensees, participating suppliers, and advertising, promotion, or judging agencies, as well as individuals involved in the development, production, or distribution of materials for this Giveaway (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or members of the same household (whether or not related), are not eligible to participate.
Giveaway Period. The Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time on November 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on November 15, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter. During the Entry Period, eligible entrants must use a public Instagram profile to: (1) like the promotional giveaway post on BrandsMart USA’s Instagram account (@brandsmartusa); (2) comment “KITCHEN” on that post and tag one person in the comments; (3) share the promotional post to their Instagram Story; and (4) finalize registration on the giveaway landing page by submitting their name and valid email address. The “KITCHEN” keyword triggers an Instagram Direct Message containing the landing-page link. Story shares will be verified via automated Direct Message notification. All required entry steps, including submission of the registration form, must be completed within the Entry Period. A comment or Story share alone does not constitute a completed entry. The Instagram profile must be public to allow BrandsMart USA to contact the entrant via Instagram.
Entrants must provide their name and a valid email address for administration of this Giveaway, including winner notification. Winner notification may be sent by email or Instagram Direct Message. An SMS-capable mobile telephone number is not required. Consent to receive recurring marketing communications, including promotional text messages or emails, is optional and is not a condition of entry. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time without affecting their entry into this Giveaway. Information collected will be used in accordance with BrandsMart USA’s Privacy Policy.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries that are incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent, or submitted using invalid or fake information will be disqualified.
Prize.
Grand Prize (1 Winner). One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:
- One (1) KitchenAid KRMF436SPS refrigerator: 29 CuFt. 36-Inch 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with Exterior Ice and Water Dispenser in PrintShield® Stainless Steel; ARV: $2,599.
- One (1) KitchenAid KFES330TPS range: 5.3 Cu. Ft. Smart Freestanding Electric Range with Convection Cooking Modes; ARV: $999.
- One (1) KitchenAid KDTS434SPS dishwasher: KitchenAid® 360° Max Jets™ Third Rack Dishwasher with Stemware Shield and Stemware Clips, 44 dBA; ARV: $699.
- One (1) KitchenAid KMMS330SPS microwave: 2.1 Cu. Ft. Microwave Hood Combination with a Handle; ARV: $399.
Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize package: $4,896, including the four appliances, shipping/delivery, standard installation, and haul-away as described below. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any individual item, or the prize package as a whole, with an item or items of equal or greater value if necessary for any reason, including product availability.
Winner Selection & Notification. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Notification of the potential winner may begin as early as November 16, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be notified via email using the email address provided at entry or via Instagram Direct Message to the Instagram account used to enter, and must respond to the initial outreach within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Sponsor is not responsible for winners who cannot be reached due to an invalid, mistyped, or inactive email address, spam filtering, an inaccessible Instagram account, Instagram privacy or messaging settings, message-request filtering, or any other delivery failure outside Sponsor’s control.
Prize Delivery & Installation. The Grand Prize Winner must present valid identification to verify their identity. BrandsMart USA will cover shipping/delivery, standard installation, and haul-away. Permit requirements and modifications are not covered. Delivery and installation arrangements will be coordinated directly with the verified Grand Prize Winner, subject to completion of the required media release described below. The Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with claiming, receiving, owning, or using the prize that are not expressly included in the prize, including any required permits or modifications. Shipping/delivery, standard installation, and haul-away are covered by BrandsMart USA and included in the total Grand Prize ARV.
Publicity. Except where prohibited, as a condition of accepting the prize, the Grand Prize Winner must sign a media release authorizing BrandsMart USA to record the delivery and installation of the appliances and to create additional social media content with the winner on a later, mutually agreed date. The release must authorize BrandsMart USA to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, statements, city/state of residence, and the recorded content in paid and organic social media, email, television, and other advertising channels for twelve (12) months. The commencement date of that twelve-month usage period will be specified in the media release. These permissions are granted without further compensation, notice, or approval, except as specified in the signed media release or required by law.
General Conditions. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective affiliates, officers, directors, and employees (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway, or receipt, transport, or use of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or otherwise attempts to undermine the fair operation of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, and to select a winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of such action. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Disputes; Governing Law. Except where prohibited, participant agrees that: (1) any disputes arising out of this Giveaway or any prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in a state or federal court located in Atlanta, Georgia; (2) any claims, judgments, or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred entering the Giveaway, excluding attorneys’ fees; and (3) participant waives any right to claim indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential, or other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
