Sponsor. Interbond of America, LLC d/b/a BrandsMart USA (“Sponsor” or “BrandsMart USA”), 400 Galleria Pkwy SE, Suite 300, Atlanta, Georgia 30339.

Eligibility. The Out Of Home Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the States of Florida or Georgia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of BrandsMart USA, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers, licensees, participating suppliers, and advertising, promotion, or judging agencies, as well as individuals involved in the development, production, or distribution of materials for this Giveaway (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or members of the same household (whether or not related), are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway Period. The Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time on November 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on November 30, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter. During the Entry Period, eligible entrants may enter by scanning the QR code displayed on rotating BrandsMart USA out-of-home (OOH) advertisements to access the Out Of Home Giveaway entry page, and completing and submitting the registration form with their name and email address. All entries must be submitted within the Entry Period.

Entrants must provide their name and a valid email address for administration of this Giveaway, including winner notification. An SMS-capable mobile telephone number is not required. Consent to receive recurring marketing communications, including promotional text messages or emails, is optional and is not a condition of entry. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time without affecting their entry into this Giveaway. Information collected will be used in accordance with BrandsMart USA’s Privacy Policy.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries that are incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent, or submitted using invalid or fake information will be disqualified.

Prize.

Grand Prize (1 Winner). One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

• One (1) CHARB 463258622 stainless steel gas grill burner cruise control amplifier; ARV: $699.99.
• One (1) SYLVOX PT16A0KGGB 15.6-inch Smart Waterproof Portable Battery Powered TV; ARV: $379.99.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $1,079.98. Total ARV of all prizes: $1,079.98. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any individual item, or the prize package as a whole, with an item or items of equal or greater value if necessary for any reason, including product availability.

Winner Selection & Notification. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Notification of the potential winner will begin no later than December 4, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be notified via email using the email address provided at entry and must respond to the initial outreach within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Sponsor is not responsible for winners who cannot be reached due to an invalid, mistyped, or inactive email address, spam filtering, or any other delivery failure outside Sponsor’s control.

Prize Pickup. The Grand Prize Winner must pick up the prize at a participating BrandsMart USA store and present valid identification to verify their identity. Pickup arrangements will be coordinated directly with the verified Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with claiming, receiving, owning, or using the prize that are not expressly included in the prize, including travel to the participating store, transportation, parking, lodging, gratuities, and incidental expenses. Any additional services, including installation, shipping, or delivery, are at the winner’s expense; this expense allocation does not replace the required store pickup.

Publicity. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor to use their name, photograph, likeness, statements, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes, including on social media and in digital marketing, without further compensation, notice, or approval.

General Conditions. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective affiliates, officers, directors, and employees (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway, or receipt, transport, or use of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or otherwise attempts to undermine the fair operation of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, and to select a winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of such action. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Disputes; Governing Law. Except where prohibited, participant agrees that: (1) any disputes arising out of this Giveaway or any prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in a state or federal court located in Atlanta, Georgia; (2) any claims, judgments, or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred entering the Giveaway, excluding attorneys’ fees; and (3) participant waives any right to claim indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential, or other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
