Why Buy Appliances From BrandsMart USA
Big showrooms in Florida and Georgia.Find your nearest store, open the doors, and ask a specialist before you commit to anything.
Friendly, expert help in the showroom. Our appliance team works with these models every day and will happily walk you through measuring, matching finishes across a whole kitchen, and planning delivery and installation. No pressure and no jargon: tell them your space and your budget, and they will help you shortlist.
Financing is one of the better reasons to buy here. There is more than one way to spread the cost, and they work differently. The BrandsMart USA credit card carries 0% promotional financing on qualifying purchases, with the length of the term depending on the category and the amount. Katapult lease-to-own needs no credit at all, and you can check your buying power without affecting your credit score. Klarna splits a purchase into interest-free installments with a decision in seconds. Because those are three separate programs rather than one, a route that is not a fit for you does not have to be the end of it.
A clear return policy. If it turns out to be the wrong choice, our return and refund policy explains exactly how exchanges and refunds work. Return windows are shorter on major appliances than on small items, so check the terms before delivery day.
Every brand worth carrying. Samsung, LG, GE, Whirlpool, Frigidaire, KitchenAid, Bosch and Amana are all here. Browse the full brand lineup.
Delivery, installation and haul-away. See what is included in our delivery and installation details, including removal of the old unit.
Coverage after the sale. Protection plans can be added at checkout, and manufacturer rebates are listed in our rebate center.
Competitive pricing, and offers worth checking. Our 110% low price guarantee applies if you find the same model advertised for less, and it is worth looking through appliance deals before you order.
Do you deliver and install appliances?
Yes. Delivery is available across our service area, and professional installation can be added for most major appliances. What is included varies by product and by the connections at your home, so read the delivery and installation details before you order. Gas and hard-wired electrical connections have to be made by a licensed installer.
Will you take away my old appliance?
Haul-away of the old unit is available on most major appliance deliveries. Have it emptied, disconnected and clear of the path to the door before the truck arrives. The current terms are listed in our shipping and delivery policy.
How do I measure for a new appliance?
Measure the opening width, height and depth, then measure every doorway, stairwell and turn between the front door and the installation spot. Leave about an inch of clearance around a refrigerator for airflow, and check the specification sheet for the model you want, because cutout dimensions and overall dimensions are different numbers. Bring those measurements with you when you visit a showroom.
Is it cheaper to buy an appliance package or individual appliances?
A package is usually cheaper when you are replacing three or more appliances at once, and it guarantees the finishes and handles match. Buying individually makes more sense when only one appliance has failed, or when you want the best model in one category and a basic model in another. Compare a package against the individual categories above before you decide.
Do you offer financing on appliances?
Yes, financing is available on approved credit, which is how most customers handle a multi-appliance purchase. See current terms and how to apply on our financing page. Lease-to-own and pay-over-time options are also offered at checkout.
Which appliance brands do you carry?
We carry the major national brands across every category, including Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Frigidaire, GE, KitchenAid, Bosch and Amana, along with many more. The full directory is on our shop by brand page, and you can filter within any category collection by brand once you are there.
Can I buy online and pick up at the store?
Yes. Order online and collect at a location near you. The process and what to bring are explained on our in-store pickup page. Large appliances are usually easier to have delivered, but pickup is a good option for microwaves, air conditioners and smaller items.
What if my appliance needs service after I buy it?
Manufacturer warranty coverage applies first, and our appliance repair and service team can help with what comes after. A protection plan bought at the time of sale extends that coverage. Returns and exchanges are covered in our published shopping policies.
Where can I see appliances in person near me?
BrandsMart USA has large showrooms across Florida and Georgia with working displays of refrigerators, ranges, laundry pairs and more, so you can compare capacity and controls side by side. Find your nearest showroom and bring your measurements and a photo of the space.
What happens to my old appliance when the new one is delivered?
Haul-away of the old unit can be arranged as part of delivery on most major appliances, so you are not left moving a refrigerator to the curb yourself. Appliances taken away are handled through recycling and disposal channels rather than simply sent to landfill, and refrigerant-bearing units like refrigerators, freezers and air conditioners have to be processed by someone equipped to recover the refrigerant. Confirm haul-away when you schedule delivery, and clear a path in advance. The details are in our delivery and installation information.
What does appliance delivery and installation actually include?
Delivery brings the appliance into the room and unboxes it. Installation goes further and connects it: water line and leveling on a refrigerator, hoses and leveling on a washer, drain and supply on a dishwasher, and the electrical connection on an electric range. Gas connections and any work requiring a permit are handled by a licensed technician rather than a delivery crew. What is included varies by appliance and by service level, so check our delivery and installation details and confirm when you book, especially if a shutoff valve or outlet needs to be added first.
When is the best time to buy appliances?
There is a rhythm to it. Major appliance promotions cluster around holiday weekends, with the stretch from Black Friday into January among the strongest, and new model years arriving in late spring and fall push the outgoing models down in price. Refrigerators and laundry pairs tend to see the deepest cuts, and buying the outgoing model year is usually better value than buying a lower tier from the current one. If you can wait, watch current appliance deals and the savings book. If your fridge just died, buy the right one now and take whatever is running.
Do you sell scratch and dent or clearance appliances?
Yes. Our Outlet Center in Lauderhill is a dedicated clearance store, which is where open-box, closeout and cosmetically imperfect appliances end up. A scratch or dent on a side panel that ends up against a cabinet costs you nothing in practice, which is what makes these worth looking at. Inventory is one-of-a-kind and changes constantly, so it is worth going in person rather than expecting a particular model to be there.
Are appliance protection plans worth it?
It depends on the appliance and on how you handle risk. They tend to make the most sense on appliances that are expensive to repair and full of electronics, such as French door refrigerators, front load washers and anything with a control board and a compressor, and least sense on simple, inexpensive units. The manufacturer warranty already covers the first stretch, so what you are buying is coverage after that, and what matters is what the plan actually includes: parts, labor, service calls, and whether a failed unit is repaired or replaced. Read the terms on our protection plans page and decide per appliance rather than as a blanket rule.
What financing options are available on appliances?
Three separate programs, which is the point. The BrandsMart USA credit card carries 0% promotional financing on qualifying purchases, and major appliances are usually where the longer terms apply. Katapult is lease-to-own and needs no credit, and you can check your buying power without affecting your credit score. Klarna splits the cost into interest-free installments with a decision in seconds. Because they underwrite differently, it is worth asking about more than one. Current terms are on our financing page.
Appliance Packages and Bundles
Buying several appliances at once is the cheapest way to redo a kitchen, and it saves you from mismatched handles and finishes. A kitchen appliance package pairs a refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave from the same brand family. A cooking package is the right choice when the fridge is staying and only the cooking side is being replaced. For the laundry room, a matched washer and dryer set does the same job.
Planning a Whole Kitchen
1. Measure before you shop, not after
Write down the width, height and depth of every opening, then add the doorway and hallway widths the appliance has to travel through to get there. Refrigerators are the usual problem: a standard-depth model runs roughly 30 to 36 inches deep and will stand proud of your cabinets, so look at counter-depth models if a flush look matters. Check door swing and handle clearance against islands and adjacent walls too.
2. Settle the fuel question early
Gas or electric decides more than the cooking. A gas range needs a gas line at the wall, and an electric range needs a dedicated 240-volt circuit. The same split applies in the laundry room between electric and gas dryers. Confirm what you already have before you fall in love with a model, because adding either one is an electrician or plumber job.
3. Buy in the right order
If a remodel is involved, appliances get chosen before cabinets are built, not after. Cabinetmakers need the exact cutout and clearance dimensions for the cooktop, wall oven and dishwasher. If you are only swapping like for like, the order does not matter, but you should still confirm the new model’s specification sheet against the old footprint.
4. Keep the finishes consistent
Stainless steel is still the most common finish, and fingerprint-resistant versions of it are much easier to live with. Black stainless and matte white read softer against painted cabinets, while plain white and black are the value choice. Buying a matched kitchen package is the simplest way to guarantee the handles and finishes line up, and remember that the range hood is part of that visual run too.
Should you buy appliances as a package or individually?
Buy a package when three or more appliances are being replaced at once, or when you are fitting out a new kitchen. A matched kitchen package keeps the finish, the handle style and the control design consistent across the whole run, which is the part you notice every day, and it generally costs less than the same machines bought one at a time. There is a practical benefit too: one delivery, one installation visit and one set of paperwork rather than four.
Buy individually when only one appliance has failed, or when your priorities are uneven. Package tiers force a compromise somewhere, and the range or the dishwasher in a bundle may not be the one you would have chosen on its own, so it is worth pricing the bundle against the individual refrigerator and range and oven collections before you commit. If only the cooking side is changing and the fridge is staying, a cooking package is the middle path.
Should you shop online or visit a showroom?
Shop online when you already know what you want. A like-for-like dishwasher swap, a repeat of a model you have owned before, or a microwave or air conditioner is faster to buy from the site, and you can either have it delivered or set it aside for in-store pickup and collect it the same way you would anything else.
Come into a showroom for the decisions a photograph cannot settle: whether a counter-depth refrigerator holds enough for your family, how loud a dishwasher really is, whether a finish reads gray or brown next to your cabinets, how a front-load door feels at your height. It is also where an appliance specialist can check your measurements with you and catch the installation problem before delivery day instead of on it. Our 110% low price guarantee, set out in our shopping policies, applies whichever route you take, so visiting a store costs you nothing on price.
Opening the doors and pulling out the drawers tells you more than any spec sheet, and every appliance here can be seen in person. We have eleven showrooms across South Florida and metro Atlanta.
However you prefer to buy, the choice is yours. Come see the appliances in person at any of our showrooms across Florida and Georgia, order online and pick up in store, or have yours delivered and installed, with haul-away of the old unit available on most major appliances. Financing is available on qualifying purchases, including a lease-to-own route that needs no credit. Bring your kitchen or laundry measurements, and someone can plan the whole set with you.
