Exchange and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at BrandsMart USA. We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our exchange and return policy below, which applies to all items, including new, clearance, open-box, and/or refurbished items. The return period begins the day you receive your product, whether it is delivered or purchased in store.

Return Timeframe
Unless otherwise specified, most items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of receipt or delivery. Some exceptions and exclusions apply--see below for details.

  • 15 Day Return Policy - Major Appliance, Flat Panel Television, and IROBOT products
    • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery or pickup from a store
    • Major Appliances include: refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, ranges, hoods, dishwashers, over-the-range microwaves, cooktops, wall ovens, and washer and dryer pedestals

Return Policy Exclusions

    • Products missing the serial number or UPC bar code on the box

    • Products which may come into contact with bodily fluids (i.e. toothbrushes, razers, etc.)

    • Coin Operated Washers

    • Furniture (including Patio Seating and Massage Chairs)
    • Barbeque Grills
    • Gasoline/Propane/Diesel Powered Generators and Tools
    • Hoverboards
    • Scooters

    • Printer Paper
    • Ink
    • Cartridges and Toners

  • The following items may not be returned once opened or used:
    • Products that can pose hygiene and/or health concerns (e.g., headphones, mattresses, bedding accessories, furniture)
    • LEGO products
    • Grills
    • Home backup generators and other gasoline powered products (e.g., gasoline powered scooters or bikes)
    • Consumables (e.g., batteries, cleaning supplies, gasoline, oils, filters, cleansers, health supplements, test kits, ink)
    • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, gases, used propane tanks or select items with lithium batteries) cannot be returned
    • Apple iPhones
    • Electric Scooters/ Bikes
    • Portable ACs

In-Store Returns

Online Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within the set number of return days for that item. You can ship the item back to one of our distribution centers below or return the item to any one of our locations. To ship your return, carefully pack all items in the original manufacturer’s packaging; do not tape or write anything on the item or the packaging. Returned items must be shipped in an outer shipping carton containing the order number written on the outside of the carton. BrandsMart USA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Condition of Returns
To be accepted for return and receive full credit, returned items must be accompanied by proof of purchase from BrandsMart USA and be returned in like-new condition, including all original packaging, accessories, remote, instructions, and other documentation. Otherwise, items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns may be denied if the product model and serial number do not match the model and serial number on box.

Connected and Wi-Fi Devices
Before returning connected devices, please follow the below steps to ensure a smooth return process:

  • Factory Reset the device
  • Remove all personal data
  • Disconnect the device from any cloud accounts or linked devices

BrandsMart USA reserves the right to withhold refund until the product has been properly disconnected from all cloud accounts and unlinked from any connected devices

International Returns
If you’re returning items from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with U.S. Export Administration Regulations and applicable control laws.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued when an item is received at a distribution center or in-store
  • Credit cards and check purchases will be refunded to the original method of payment
  • PayPal refunds will be credited to your PayPal account
  • In-person refunds of cash, check, or traveler’s check sales will be given in cash with proper identification
  • Refunds for services and subscriptions (example: antivirus software, Microsoft 365) are subject to the specific terms and conditions for the service or subscription

Special Considerations
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within the applicable return window to arrange a return or exchange.

Major Appliances and Flat Panel Televisions
Before accepting delivery or taking a Major Appliance or Flat Panel Television home from the store, products should be inspected for any defects or damages. If any damage is discovered, the customer should notify the driver to learn about available options or refuse delivery if you do not wish to keep the product. Once delivery is accepted or the product is removed from the store, the defective product may be returned within the stated return window. Pickup charges may apply for delivery exchanges. Original Store Receipts
Your original store purchase receipt is your proof of purchase. It is important that you keep your receipt in a safe place because it may be required for all warranty repairs, refunds, and exchanges. Your receipt is your responsibility, as copies may not be available from our computer system.
