BrandsMart U.S.A. operates 10 stores in the South Florida and Atlanta area. The Atlanta area has 2 BrandsMart U.S.A. superstores. The South Florida region has 7 BrandsMart U.S.A. superstores and 1 Clearance Center.

What’s the status of my online order?

Every online order is processed with the highest care to ensure accuracy, speed, and ultimate satisfaction by the consumer. Most orders will be shipped within two business days. We offer one of the largest Audio/Video/Plasma/LCD TV and Home Appliance repair services in the area.

Our demanding service standards are also backed by our manufacturers. They supply our service and repair technicians with continuous in-depth technical training and supply us with factory original parts.

What areas are covered by your local delivery?

BrandsMart USA has local delivery in South Florida and Atlanta, Georgia area.

What is your Florida local delivery area?

Our main local delivery area includes Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County. We also deliver as far south as Key West, as far north as Cocoa Beach, and to Naples and Fort Myers on the West Coast.

What is your Atlanta local delivery area?

Our Atlanta local delivery area is as far north as Dalton and Hiawassee, as far south as Macon and Warner Robins, as far west as Carrolton and Bowdon, and as far east as Augusta and Hartwell. Some outlying areas, we only deliver on specific days of the week.

Payment

What forms of Payment does BrandsMart U.S.A. accept?

Cash: - Cash payments are gladly accepted at any of our super stores, however, cash payments are not available online.

Personal Checks: - We require valid state-issued identification. BrandsMart USA uses "Electronic Check Acceptance". After you write your check out to BrandsMart USA, we will electronically transmit your check information to our check authorization service. We will then stamp your check as "VOID" and give the check back to you. Your check will simply be processed through the safe and secure system that banks use today for electronic deposits and payments and you'll have the same amount of time before your check is presented to your bank. Personal checks are not accepted online.

Credit Cards: (BrandsMart USA , Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover) All credit card purchases must be approved by the bank card company. The back of the Credit card must be signed by, and accepted from the person whose name is imprinted on the card. We accept Credit Card Payments online and at all our retail locations.

Does BrandsMart USA have a Commercial Sales or B2B Division?

Yes.

BrandsMart USA understands the needs of businesses, government organizations, and educational institutions are different than the regular consumer. International Orders

Do you deliver overseas or internationally?

BrandsMart USA does not ship orders outside the continental United States. But they will ship to local approved freight forwarders for shipping outside the country. Freight Forwarders are chosen and arranged by the customer.

Do you accept international credit cards?

BrandsMart USA does accept most international credit cards from issuing banks located outside the continental United States. Online orders using International Credit Cards should allow additional time for proper authorization and approvals.

Freight Forwarders

Do you deliver to freight forwarders?

BrandsMart USA is able to ship to most local freight forwarders and freight consolidators from any of our local stores. NOTE: That some items may not be allowed due to quantity restrictions set forth by the manufacturers.

Florida Export Sales Tax Refund

Can I get a sales tax refund if I export from the state of Florida?

BrandsMart USA will be happy to send you a tax credit on your Export Purchase.


MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE PICKED UP OR DELIVERED BY THE CUSTOMER. TAX REFUND WILL BE ISSUED ONLY IF MERCHANDISE IS DELIVERED TO, AND/OR PICKED UP BY, A LICENSED FREIGHT-FORWARDER.

In order to receive your refund, please mail or email a copy of the original Bill of Lading and a copy of your original BrandsMart USA invoice.

Scanned copies must be in PDF of TIF format. We cannot accept phone pictures of the documents.

To ensure a refund please be sure the Bill of Lading describes the merchandise purchased, (ex. Appliance, TVs etc), and the Consignee is the same name as the Sold-to on the BrandsMart receipt.

All refunds will be processed back to the credit card used on the original purchase.

Our sales and merchandising teams continually shop the competition to ensure that our customers receive the lowest price possible at all times. We are so sure of our prices that we offer a 30 day price guarantee on most items in our stores. If in the unusual event that you find a lower, verifiable price on an identical item (Brand and Model #) that is in-stock and in a new-sealed carton from an authorized local (South Florida and Atlanta) competitor’s retail store we will gladly refund the difference to you. To receive a refund of the difference, simply bring in your original receipt and the original written proof of the item being sold for less within 30 days of purchase. Price Guarantee does not apply to bonus or free offers, Black Friday Ads, limited time sales, special offers, bundled offers, rebates, finance offers, coupons, clearance or closeout pricing, refurbished, used, open or damaged goods.

If you purchased an item online within the last 30 days and would like apply for a price protection, have your order number and original competitor’s proof of lower price ready and contact customer service.
Restrictions and Exclusions:

Freight Delivery Restrictions

What level of service is included on a Freight Delivery?

EXCEPTIONAL CARE
Our freight delivery drivers are exceptionally good at handling large items such as Refrigerators, Washers & Dryers, and Large Big Screen TVs. They handle your product with a level of care not found with the high volume package delivery companies. And they do a great job ensuring your item is handled with care throughout its journey cross country.

THRESHOLD DELIVERY
Upon arrival at your destination, they will unload your merchandise with superior care at the curb in front of your house.

EXCLUSIONS
Installation is not included with this level of service. This level of service does not include 2nd floor or greater delivery. It does not include custom in-home placement of the merchandise. (Not applicable to Local Deliveries within 100 miles of a BrandsMart USA Store.)
