The Presto Tilt 'n Drain 285 sq. in. griddle is constructed with a non-stick surface, built-in backstop ledge and Cool touch base for extra safety. It automatically controls the appropriate cooking temperature with Control Master heat control and can be fully immersed in water when the heat control is removed. The unique design can be tilted to drain fat away from meats or cook eggs and pancakes on a level surface with pull-out handle controls. An included drip tray offers easy clean-up and disposal.
