Sponsor. Interbond of America, LLC d/b/a BrandsMart USA (“Sponsor” or “BrandsMart USA”), 400 Galleria Pkwy SE, Suite 300, Atlanta, Georgia 30339.
Eligibility. The Marlins MVP Suite Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the State of Florida who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of BrandsMart USA, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers, licensees, participating suppliers, and advertising, promotion, or judging agencies, as well as individuals involved in the development, production, or distribution of materials for this Giveaway (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or members of the same household (whether or not related), are not eligible to participate.
Giveaway Period. The Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time on August 31, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on September 7, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter. During the Entry Period, eligible entrants may enter by visiting the designated BrandsMart USA Marlins MVP Suite Giveaway landing page and completing the entry form. By submitting an entry, entrants agree to receive recurring marketing communications from BrandsMart USA, including but not limited to email offers, promotions, and updates. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of entry beyond providing the required entry information, and entrants may unsubscribe from future marketing communications at any time without affecting their entry into this Giveaway. Information collected will be used in accordance with BrandsMart USA’s Privacy Policy. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Entries that are incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent, or submitted using invalid or fake information will be disqualified.
Prize.
Grand Prize (1 Winner). One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:
- One (1) MVP Suite at loanDepot park for the Miami Marlins Closing Day game on Sunday, September 27, 2026 at 3:10 PM Eastern Time
- Admission for sixteen (16) guests
- One (1) $1,000 Miami Marlins food and beverage package
- One (1) $1,000 BrandsMart USA Gift Card
- One (1) Customized Miami Marlins Jersey
Runner-Up Prizes (10 Winners). Ten (10) Runner-Up Winners will each receive:
- Four (4) admissions to a Miami Marlins home game, subject to availability and terms established by the Miami Marlins
Total estimated Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $4,628. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any individual item, or the prize package as a whole, with an item or items of equal or greater value if necessary for any reason, including product availability.
Winner Selection & Notification. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about September 8, 2026. The winner will be notified via email using the address provided at entry and must respond to the initial outreach within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Sponsor is not responsible for winners who cannot be reached due to an invalid, mistyped, or inactive email address, spam filtering, or any other delivery failure outside Sponsor’s control.
Prize Pickup. Grand Prize fulfillment details, including suite access, guest admissions, food package, customized jersey, and gift card delivery, will be coordinated directly with the verified Grand Prize Winner following winner confirmation. Runner-Up Prize fulfillment details will be coordinated directly with each verified Runner-Up Winner. Winners are solely responsible for all costs and expenses not specifically stated herein, including transportation, parking, lodging, gratuities, and incidental expenses.
Publicity. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor to use their name, photograph, likeness, statements, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes, including on social media and in digital marketing, without further compensation, notice, or approval.
General Conditions. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective affiliates, officers, directors, and employees (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway, or receipt, transport, or use of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or otherwise attempts to undermine the fair operation of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, and to select a winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of such action. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Disputes; Governing Law. Except where prohibited, participant agrees that: (1) any disputes arising out of this Giveaway or any prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in a state or federal court located in Atlanta, Georgia; (2) any claims, judgments, or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred entering the Giveaway, excluding attorneys’ fees; and (3) participant waives any right to claim indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential, or other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
