The Smoke Hollow 1800CGS 3-in-1 smoker/grill works with both gas and charcoal. The gas grill features three 10,000 BTU stainless steel tube burners and offers porcelain-coated flare guards, cast iron cooking grids, and warming rack. The charcoal grill also has porcelain-coated cast iron cooking grids, in addition to a fully adjustable charcoal basket and deluxe draft control. This versatile grill includes a 12,000 side/sear burner and an offset fire box for smoking/indirect cooking.
