The Even-Heat Simmer settings help take the guesswork out of finding the perfect simmer level. With the Even-Heat Melt setting you can maintain the low temperature needed to melt without scorching. Featuring a premium ceramic-glass surface, it includes a subtle watermark and wipes clean easily to maintain a stylish appearance. Metal control knobs reflect the premium look and feel that is built into the cooktop. It's hot surface indicator lights let you know which cooktop element is on or if the element is still hot.
