This wok has a 12" non-stick die cast aluminum bowl which allows you to stir fry, brown or saute. It also gives you the ability to steam as it has a large 5 quart stackable stainless steel steamer. The temperature dial is adjustable to between 374 and 392 degrees which is also removable. This wok has large handles for easy handling and has 1650 watts of power. The glass lid is tempered.
