The overview and full privacy policy apply to BrandsMart USA retail stores, our Web site at www.brandsmartusa.com and other locations where we may collect personal information. BrandsMart USA, its entities, and subsidiaries value the relationship and protection of our customers and is committed to safeguarding your information in a private and responsible manner.

Online Return Policy
Of course, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within the set number of return days for that item. Please read all of the conditions listed below in order to receive full credit for your returned items. If these conditions are not met BrandsMartUSA.com reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of up to 20%. Please keep your purchase including accessories, remote controls, manuals, warranty cards (not filled out) and all packing materials in new, unused condition to avoid any restocking fees.

Return Rules :
1) Please go to our Return Authorization page to begin the return procedures. These procedures must be followed for you to receive the proper full credit.
2) Please carefully pack all the items in their original packaging.
3) Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton.
4) All returned items must be packed in an outer shipping carton. You may use the one that was sent to you.
5) Please attach the return form to your merchandise, with the Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) clearly noted on the form.

Most items we sell have a 30-day return policy. Below is a list of the exceptions.

Software Return Policy
The instructions for return shipping can be found on the packaging slip enclosed with your merchandise shipment.

If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify Customer Service by emailing bmaec@brandsmartusa.com within 30 days and follow the instructions above. We will gladly replace the merchandise without additional charge, or provide you with a full refund.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and the merchandise, we will be happy to exchange it for you. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and you will be responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment.
No COD returns will be accepted.

There are no returns to a BrandsMart USA store location for software purchased online. Software includes video game software, CDs, DVD and Blu-Ray discs. A pre-order may be cancelled by emailing brandsmartcs@sorc.com

Please include your order number and the product number on your email.
Remember: all returns MUST have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#).


Online Price Policy
BrandsMart USA is proud of its reputation as the lowest price retailer in its local store markets. Our sales staff continually shops the competition to ensure that our customers receive the lowest price possible at all times. We are so sure of our price that we offer a 30 day price guarantee on most items in our online store1. If in the unusual event that you find a lower price on an identical item2 from any acknowledged online retailer3 with storefronts in South Florida and Atlanta, simply call Customer Service. BrandsMart USA Policy applies only to products only4.

Exclusions:
1) Price Guarantee does not apply to CDs, DVDs and games, bonus or free offers, Black Friday Ads, limited time sales, limited quantity offers, special offers, bundled offers, rebates, finance offers, coupons, clearance or closeout pricing, layaways, refurbished, used, open or damaged goods.
2) Matched items must be identical in both brand and model# and include shipping, handling or delivery charges.
3) Acknowledged retailers must have local retail storefronts in South Florida or Atlanta Georgia. Retailer must honor their own online pricing in their storefront locations. Merchandise must be available for immediate shipping.
4) Pricing Policy does not apply to any services. Services may include but are not limited to: warranties, delivery, installations, etc.

Credit Cards: (BrandsMart USA , Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) All credit card purchases must be approved by the bank card company. The back of the Credit card must be signed by, and accepted from the person whose name is imprinted on the card.

Refund Policy
Once BrandsMartUSA.com has received your return (remember all returns must have an RMA return authorization) we will process a credit to the account that was used to make the purchase. You will receive an email from us notifying you of the credit.


International Sales Policy
BrandsMart USA does not accept Internet orders from outside the continental United States. Of course in some cases, international customers may continue to shop online at BrandsMart USA using our Purchase Inquiry system.



Freight Forwarders
BrandsMart USA is not able to ship your order(s) directly to Freight Forwarders or Freight Consolidators through an online purchase. Of course in some cases, international customers may ship to freight forwarders using our Purchase Inquiry system.


California EWaste Fee
If you're a California resident, governing law may require you to remit an Electronic Waste Recycling Fee (EWaste Fee) in connection with your purchase of certain 'covered electronic devices' as defined under California law, which includes most products containing a video display device. BrandsMartUSA will not collect and/or otherwise remit an EWaste Fee on your behalf. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to determine whether they must pay an EWaste Fee and to remit that fee to the appropriate governmental authority.
