BrandsMart USA offers professional delivery.

Florida: our delivery area is from the Florida Keys all the way north of the Florida Panhandle.

Georgia: our delivery area is as far north as Dalton and Hiawassee, as far south as Macon and Warner Robins, as far west as Carrolton and Bowdon, and as far east as Augusta and Hartwell.


Exchanges
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most merchandise within the specified return period for an exchange or a full refund.

BrandsMart USA will be happy to send you a tax credit on your Export Purchase. Merchandise cannot be picked up or delivered by the customer.

Tax credits will be issued only if merchandise is delivered to, and/or picked up by, a licensed Freight-Forwarder.

To speed your refund please be sure the "Bill of Lading" describes the exact merchandise that was purchased (ex: Refrigerator) and the "Bill of Lading" consignee is the same name as "Sold To" BrandsMart USA customer.

In order to receive your refund, please mail your original Bill of Lading, a copy of your original BrandsMart USA Bill of Sale, and a self addressed stamped envelope to:

Forms of Payment
Cash

Personal Checks: We require valid state-issued identification. BrandsMart USA uses "Electronic Check Acceptance". After you write your check out to BrandsMart USA , we will electronically transmit your check information to our check authorization service. We will then stamp your check as "VOID" and give the check back to you. Your check will simply be processed through the safe and secure system that banks use today for electronic deposits and payments and you'll have the same amount of time before your check is presented to your bank.

Credit Cards: (BrandsMart USA , Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover) All credit card purchases must be approved by the bank card company. The back of the Credit card must be signed by, and accepted from the person whose name is imprinted on the card.

The BrandsMart USA Credit Card: If qualified, you may apply for our BrandsMart USA credit card, and receive 30 days same as cash on all purchases or 12 months same as cash on selected products.

International Credit Cards
BrandsMart USA does accept most international credit cards from issuing banks located outside the continental United States.

In-Store Price Guarantee
BrandsMart USA is proud of its reputation as the lowest price retailer in its local store markets. Our sales staff continually shops the competition to ensure that our customers receive the lowest price possible at all times. We are so sure of our price that we offer a 30 day price guarantee on most items in our stores. If in the unusual event that you find a lower price on an identical item (Brand and Model #) from an authorized local competitors retail store we will gladly refund the difference to you. To receive your refund, simply bring in your original written proof of the item being sold for less within 30 days of purchase. Price Guarantee does not apply to bonus or free offers, Black Friday Ads, limited time sales, special offers, bundled offers, rebates, finance offers, coupons, clearance or closeout pricing, refurbished, used, open or damaged goods.


100% Price Protection
BrandsMart USA guarantees all prices for a 30-day period from the date of purchase. If you find a lower, verifiable price on a new-sealed carton product from a local stocking retailer (excluding close-out or discontinued merchandise, bonus or free offers, Black Friday Ads, limited time sales, special offers, bundled offers, rebates, finance offers, coupons, clearance or closeout pricing) within 30 days of purchase, we will refund 100 percent of the difference to you.


Refund Policy
Refunds of cash, check, or traveler's check sales will be given in cash as long as you can provide proper identification. If you cannot provide identification, then we will issue a check from our corporate offices payable to the customer named on the original receipt.

Credit card and finance refunds will be credited directly to your account.

Your original purchase receipt is your proof of purchase. It is important that you keep your receipt in a safe place because it may be required for all warranty repairs, refunds, and exchanges. Your receipt is your responsibility, as copies may not be available from our computer system.


In-Store Return Policy
If you wish to return a product purchased from a BrandsMart USA location, please follow the policies below to complete the transaction as promptly as possible.

The designated return period for each item purchased can be found in the far-right column of your invoice.

Items containing toner or inkjet cartridges are not returnable. Only service is available for these items. Exchange will only be done on a same model for same model, part-for-part basis.

To receive full credit, all returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when purchased, complete with all accessories, remote, instructions, original box and packaging. Merchandise not meeting these requirements will not be accepted for return. Management (at its sole discretion) may accept or return merchandise not meeting these requirements subject to a 20 percent charge, plus a charge for missing parts.
