Comments about Nostalgia Mini Chocolate Fondue Fountain:

I bought this thing for an home party in 2011, but ended up using it for the thanksgiving for the first time. Wow.. how embarassing and what a waste of money. well, it's cheap, so i guess i got what i paid for right.
I thought i just didn't have luck for it being the first time but nope, not the case. I melted the chocolate and the put it in the fountain, for it to only sit on the bottom and get gooey/hard. I pourd a new batch but it just would not work!!!! My cousin who uses fountains for her wedding planning/decorations tried and said "this thing wasting your chocolate, where did you buy this junk from?" Now I am in search for another for this years thankgiving and will definately warn others of this cheap made non functioning product.

You get exactly what you pay for. For [$] you can't expect much but you would expect it to do its function. The tiers are made of plastic so of course it it not going to keep the chocolate warm enough for it to flow. Also you need to melt the chocolate before pouring it into the fountain. You are better off just melting the chocolate in the microwave and then dipping your food item. Dont waste you money on this.
